For some time XCP no longer exists in favour of XenServer which is now mostly open source, more about this in the announcement available here http://lists.xenproject.org/archives/html/xen-api/2013-06/msg00143.html. In the announcement one can read that XCP version 1.6 can be upgraded to XenServer 6.2 as a standard upgrade by using the standard ISO, so to start with the old XCP 1.0 need to be upgraded to version 1.6 and then from XCP 1.6 over to XenServer 6.2. Piece of cake!
